All our products are made to order to ensure premium quality and reduce waste.
Processing & Production Time
• Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days.
• During high-demand periods, processing may extend by 1–3 extra days.
Once your order is ready, it will be securely packed and handed over to our courier partners.
2. Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeline is:
• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
Please note: These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, seasonal load, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipping Partners
We ship with reputable and reliable courier services across India to ensure safe and quick delivery.
The courier partner for your order is automatically selected based on your PIN code.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
• From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after the order is picked up.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your address, phone number, and PIN code at checkout.
Chaudhar is not responsible for:
• Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details
• Packages returned due to the customer’s unavailability
• Re-delivery charges for returned shipments
If a package returns to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee may apply.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather or natural events
• Festivals, holidays, or strike-related disruptions
• Government or regional restrictions
However, we will assist you with tracking and resolving the issue whenever possible.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received:

• Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
We will help resolve the issue promptly.
