Chaudhar – Return & Refund Policy
At Chaudhar, we aim to deliver a seamless experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — just make sure to reach out before initiating a return.
1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery
Requests made after this period will not be accepted
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Incorrect item received
Damaged or defective product
Size issue (only if item is unused and meets all conditions)
3. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
All original tags and packaging must be intact
Product should be in resellable condition
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Change of mind
Used or washed items
Products without original tags/packaging
Items marked as Final Sale
Return requests raised after 3 days
5. Return Shipping
If the issue is our mistake (wrong/damaged item) → Free return pickup
If returning due to size issue → Shipping cost will be borne by the customer
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after product inspection
Once approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges
For a different size or color, please return the product and place a new order
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share your order number + clear images
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
